There are two ways to tackle the company values type video. The most popular is to use the heroes motif or us a cast of characters to represent teamwork. The second option is to highlight a singular personality, often the visionary or executive leadership that can be a focal point for the viewer to relate to. I like the personality profile approach because it feels more personal and if done right might feel less corporate and more easily relatable.
