I filmed this project with Todd Dayton of Fallout Pictures. We used a studio rental from Peerspace to setup the infinite white background.

Finding a good stage for sound is a challenge because most studio rentals within the city limits are photo or non-sound stages. But we lucked out with this studio because the space didn’t give us any echo and the street outside was mostly quiet. I think we had to hold to sound just once because a garbage truck was outside but otherwise things were quite nice.

Clients also don’t always realize how many lights are required for an infinite white setup. You want to light the subject separate from the background so you might find yourself using a lot of lights. The LED and fluorescent lights are relatively cool but regardless, I try to prepare clients for the literal heat on set. Its always good to drink water on big shoot days.
